1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindGraft ("the Service"), operated by MindGraft ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MindGraft provides AI-powered deal intelligence analysis including, but not limited to, deal health checks, deal diagnosis, comprehensive deal intelligence briefs, strategy sessions, and advisory services. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze deal parameters and generate insights, recommendations, and deliverables.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying AI models
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any outputs without written consent
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated deal information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid tiers are billed as one-time fees per analysis. All fees are quoted in USD. Because the Service delivers AI-generated analysis immediately upon completion, refunds are generally not available once an analysis has been delivered. If you believe an analysis was materially deficient, contact us at support@mindgraft.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology underlying the Service are owned by MindGraft or its licensors. Analyses generated for you are licensed for your internal business use. You retain ownership of the deal information you submit.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." MindGraft makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. AI-generated outputs are informational tools, not professional advice. Always consult qualified legal, financial, or business advisors before making significant deal decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindGraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost deals, or business interruption.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all deal information you submit as confidential. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., AI model providers). See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
